This complete, all-inclusive discount e-commerce online store website plan includes:


Up to 20 page website built on the WordPress website platform.  A page is up to 2 screens full of content when scrolling down on a desktop computer at 12 pt font (i.e. typical web font sizes).

Page selection is customizable to your needs but typical pages would include:  Home, Contact,  About, Shopping Cart, Checkout, Shop Page,  5 Individual Product Pages, My Account, Terms of service, Privacy policy.

Additional pages above 20 can be purchased for this discounted rate of $60 per page.

Includes 8 products.  Additional products can be purchased for $25 each.

You can request unlimited changes for 30 days from the date of completion and final payment.
After 30 days changes, redesign, updates, additions, added functionality,  etc. will be billed at the rate of $60 per hour.

Includes basic shopping cart built with the WooCommerce  online store plugin.

WordPress uses page builder software on top of it to create and style the actual pages.
I always use the Elementor page builder.  It is the most popular one as well as the best.  With Elementor your site will be built with web standards and no custom coding.
Custom coding can cause problems over the life of the website.

Includes fully optimized mobile, desktop and tablet versions of each page. Each page will be individually optimized in detail to look good on phone and tablet.

Training:  Includes 1 hour of training on how to create new products, archive old ones, change prices, create sales, manage your site administration.
If you have basic computer skills this will be easy for you.  It’s about the same difficulty of using a web browser or MS Word.  No programming required.
Training is conducted on Zoom screen sharing, not in person.  Additional training hours may be purchased at $60/hr.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:

A HOSTING PLAN DECISION (2 WAYS TO HOST YOUR WEBSITE):

IF I HOST YOUR WEBSITE ON MY HOSTING ACCOUNT (FULL-SERVICE HOSTING):
Starting after 1 year there is a $300 hosting and maintenance fee for as long as I am hosting the site.
This helps me cover the cost of hosting and maintaining the site.

Life of site, full coverage warranty. If anything goes wrong with the site, I fix or restore as long as it is on my account at Godaddy.

Minor updates and maintenance:  If  you want me to add or change pictures, text, locations, services, etc. that is included.
Does NOT include major upgrades and enhancements such as an additional page, product and order management, a new plugin (app) like a customer portal or other major upgrades that involve new functionality such as an online store, etc.
Major upgrades and enhancements may be added at the rate of $60/hr. labor plus the cost of any purchased software at cost.
Payment methods accepted include:  Zelle (preferred), Venmo or PayPal.
You can quit at any time and discontinue the $300/yr. fee without charge.

You can hire me to migrate the site to your own hosting account for a 1 time migration fee of $200 but that is optional.

ALTERNATIVELY, IF YOU WANT ME TO BUILD YOUR WEBSITE ON YOUR OWN HOSTING ACCOUNT:
Same one time price.
Completely avoid the $300/yr.  hosting and maintenance fee.
You can still hire me to make updates to your website as needed for $60/hr. guaranteed lifetime rate.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS I NEED FROM YOU:

You provide text content, product images, prices, product descriptions.  Each image should be in either JPG or PNG format and  under 1MB in data weight .
It’s best if you have multiple images of each product from different angles and the backgrounds compliment the global colors of the website.
Client may also provide a logo if desired.  A logo is not necessary.  I can use stylized text as a logo instead.
A few additional stock images and videos are included if desired by client.

TERMS:
$950 one-time cost.
1/2 down, 1/2 immediately upon completion.
Payable via Zelle, Venmo or Paypal.
Completion Time:
Approximately 7 days depending on the number of products and their complexity (e.g. simple vs. configurable products).

TIMING NOTE:  This completion time depends on the client having content ready in time.  Content may be delivered all at once or piecemeal, but client acknowledges that any delays in receiving content will result in equal delays of project delivery time.

MORE ITEMS I NEED FROM YOU:
How you want to pay me.  Zelle is preferred but I also accept PayPal, Venmo or paper check mailed to me.
Domain name.  Can be domain name you already have or tell me the new one you want to have.

This is an up to $20/year value to you at no extra charge.

E-commerce settings:  your payment gateway for the site.  This is how your site collects payment from customers.  Woocommerce supports either PayPal or Stripe.
I RECOMMEND STRIPE.  IT IS MUCH EASIER TO WORK WITH FOR BOTH YOU AND ME.
It’s best for an optimal checkout experience to create / have a vetted business account with PayPal or Stripe. Personal payment accounts do not work as well.
Alternatively, if you have your own e-commerce merchant account and payment gateway such as Authorize.net there is an additional charge. However, I recommend PayPal or Stripe for your site.
Alternative payment gateways are not included in this discount plan but can be implemented for an additional $240.  Again, stick with Stripe and life will be good.

Shipping rates and sales tax nexus.  Do your own research on tax nexus and consult a tax professional but basically it means your physical locations or where you do substantial business.
Are shipping rates per product or per order?

“Delegate Access” to me on your domain name registrar and/or hosting account.

Optional: If you have a preferred color palette, please provide that.  e.g.  black /yellow / white / blue, etc.
Optional: If there are any other comparable sites of competitors, etc.  that you like the design, send me the links to those sites so I will have an idea of what styles you like.
Content:  you supply words, images, videos, etc.  I can provide some stock images and/or videos.

Any social media links you want the website to link to.
Business meta data:  address, business phone, business email, administration email if different, policies written out in MS Word or email, terms of service,  etc.  The shopping cart requires this information.
I can provide generic terms of service and privacy policy if you don’t have your own.
