BASIC WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

 Basic 4 page website one-time cost:  one-half down, remaining half immediately upon satisfactory completion.
I can address the website to a domain name you already own or can include a new one if a good name is available at
standard commercial domain name rates.

2 WAYS TO HOST YOUR WEBSITE:  ON MY HOSTING ACCOUNT OR YOURS.  YOUR CHOICE.

IF I HOST YOUR WEBSITE ON MY HOSTING ACCOUNT:
Starting after 1 year there is a $300 hosting and maintenance fee for as long as I am hosting the site.
This helps me cover the cost of hosting and maintaining the site.

Life of site, full coverage warranty. If anything goes wrong with the site, I fix or restore as long as it is on my account at Godaddy.

Minor updates and maintenance:  If  you want me to add or change pictures, text, locations, services, etc. that is included.
Does NOT include major upgrades and enhancements such as an additional page, product and order management, a new plugin (app) like a customer portal or other major upgrades that involve new functionality such as an online store, etc.
Major upgrades and enhancements may be added at the rate of $50/hr. labor plus the cost of any purchased software at cost.
Payment methods accepted include:  Zelle (preferred), Venmo or PayPal.
You can quit at any time and discontinue the $300/yr. fee without charge.

You can request me to migrate the site to your own hosting account at anytime and discontinue the $300 annual hosting cost
for a 1 time migration fee of $200.

ALTERNATIVELY, IF YOU WANT ME TO BUILD YOUR WEBSITE ON YOUR OWN HOSTING ACCOUNT:
Same one time price.
Completely avoid the $300/yr.  hosting and maintenance fee.
You can still hire me to make updates to your website as needed for $50/hr. guaranteed lifetime rate.
HERE’S WHAT YOU GET:
 
A website built on WordPress with up to 4 customizable pages as needed:  e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact.
All pages built with the Elementor page builder including Elementor license, a $60/yr. value included.
Your own proprietary photos, videos and custom writing incorporated into the pages.
I will SEO (search engine optimization) optimize your custom content with relevant keywords if you allow me to modify the text slightly by adding relevant keywords.  Includes keyword research.
Photos will also be SEO optimized with ALT and TITLE tags.
Includes stock photos and videos if needed.
1 hour of online tutoring for WordPress and Elementor on Zoom.  Additional tutoring may be purchased at the rate of $50/hr.
Hourly labor and tutoring rates never increase over the life of the website.
Site is mobile optimized to look great on a phone.
Estimated completion time:  1 week once I have all the content (i.e. pictures, videos and text) that you want to provide.

You do not have to wait until you have all your website content fully complete to start sending it to me.
You can send partial content piecemeal and I will start building right away with what you have given me so far.
Just understand that delays is receiving website content may result in equal delays completing the website.

Go to Settings > Delegate Access.  See attached 2 images.
I will email you an access request.  Please approve.
 
 
Get “Managed WordPress Basic  Hosting” on your hosting account.
It’s $8.99/mo. if you get a full year.  See attached image.

Finally, please email me (not text) all content that you would like to include on the site:
pictures, text, videos, testimonials. contact,  products, etc.
You don’t have to wait until you have it all together.  Instead, you can start sending as the content becomes available (i.e. send it piecemeal) to avoid development delays.
